1. Data operator

2. What data we collect

• •Account data: email, name, avatar, password (stored as a cryptographic hash).
• •Login data through third-party services (Google, GitHub, Telegram): identifier, email and name to the extent transmitted by the service.
• •Subscription and payment data: transaction IDs and payment status. We do not receive or store payment card details - they are processed by payment providers.
• •User-generated content: reviews, announcements, requests for adding cards, requests.
• •Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies, language cluster.
• •Platform usage data for analytics and security.

3. Purposes and grounds of processing

• •Provision and operation of the service, authentication and account management - execution of the contract.
• •Processing of subscriptions and payments - execution of the contract.
• •Notices, security, abuse prevention - legitimate interest.
• •Analytics and product improvement - legitimate interest or consent.
• •Marketing messages only with your consent (with the option to unsubscribe).

4. Transfer to third parties

We transfer data to processors only to the extent necessary for the operation of the service:

• •hosting and infrastructure;
• •email notifications (for example, Resend);
• •payment providers (UKassa, Telegram, Tribute);
• •login services (Google, GitHub, Telegram).

5. International data transfer

The platform is operated from Hong Kong; servers and processors may be located in other jurisdictions. We take reasonable measures to protect data during such transfers.

6. Shelf life

We retain data for as long as your account is active and for as long as required by law or required to resolve disputes. After deleting an account, the data is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• •request access to your data and a copy of it;
• •correct inaccurate data;
• •delete data or limit their processing;
• •revoke previously given consent.

8. Security

Passwords are stored as hashes (argon2id), data transmission is protected by encryption. Despite these precautions, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.

The Platform is not intended for persons under the age of majority; we do not knowingly collect their data.
