Terms of Use

1. Description of the service

TECHAGENT is an independent aggregator of the artificial intelligence ecosystem: models, tools, companies, influencers, benchmarks, training materials and application scenarios collected in one place.

The information on the platform is for reference only. We are not a manufacturer, seller, or official representative of third-party AI products and services; names and trademarks of third parties belong to their respective owners.

2. Account and registration

Some functions require registration. You undertake to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for the safety of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please report any unauthorized access to info@techagent.com.

• •One user - one account; transfer of the account to third parties is not allowed.
• •The platform is intended for adult users.
• •We have the right to suspend or restrict access if these Terms are violated.

3. Terms of use

By using the platform, you agree not to engage in actions that:

• •violate the law or the rights of third parties;
• •contain insults, hate speech, violence, pornography, spam or misleading advertising;
• •are aimed at hacking, bypassing security, automatically collecting data (scraping) or disrupting the operation of the service;
• •pass off someone else's content as their own or violate intellectual rights.

4. User Content

Reviews, announcements, requests for adding cards and other materials posted by you remain yours. By posting content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display and distribute it as part of the operation of the platform.

User content undergoes automatic and/or manual moderation. We may reject, hide or remove materials that violate these Terms without notice.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Some functions are provided through a paid subscription (Pro and VIP levels). Current prices, composition of levels and payment methods are indicated on the “Prices” page.

The refund procedure is described in the “Return Policy”. Payment is processed by external providers; We do not store payment card data.

6. TCA Points and Rewards

Internal points (off-chain) can be awarded for useful activity. Points are not cash, a security or a monetary obligation of the Company and may be canceled if the rules are violated, canceled or duplicated.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its design, program code, texts and design belong to the Company or are used legally and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive to be accurate, we do not warrant that the information is complete, current, or error-free. Platform materials do not constitute investment, legal or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data arising in connection with the use or inability to use the platform.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes are reflected by the date updated at the top of the page. By continuing to use the platform, you accept the updated version.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Hong Kong SAR law. Disputes must be resolved in the competent courts of this jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules of law of your place of residence.

12. Territorial restrictions and sanctions

The Platform is not intended for use by persons and organizations subject to sanctions or other restrictive measures.

By using the platform and/or subscribing, you confirm and warrant that you are not a citizen, resident or person located in the United States of America, the Russian Federation, the People's Republic of China, or any other country or territory that is subject to sanctions or restrictions by the UN, WTO, NATO, the United States, the European Union, the International Red Cross or other international organizations and states.

• •You are not included in sanctions lists (including OFAC SDN lists, EU and UN sanctions lists) and do not act on behalf of such persons.
• •The Company has the right to refuse access, suspend or terminate service if it has reason to believe that use violates applicable sanctions requirements.
• •It is the user's responsibility to comply with applicable restrictions and sanctions laws.
