Refund Policy

This Policy describes the refund conditions for paid subscriptions (Pro and VIP levels) on the TECHAGENT platform.

1. Nature of the service

A subscription provides access to the digital features of the platform. Access is activated immediately after payment and is valid for the paid period.

2. Right of return

You may request a refund within 14 days of payment if paid features have not been substantially used. Each request is considered individually, taking into account applicable law.

3. Cases without return

  • the subscription period has already been largely used;
  • access is restricted due to your violation of the Terms of Use;
  • voluntary cancellation of a subscription - in this case, access is maintained until the end of the paid period, without refund for the unused balance (unless otherwise required by law).

4. Features of payment methods

Payments made through Telegram Stars are returned in accordance with Telegram rules. Payments through Tribute are processed according to the rules of the relevant service; When you cancel your subscription, auto-renewal stops, and access remains until the end of the already paid period.

5. Return procedure and terms

Approved returns are issued to the original method of payment. The crediting time depends on the payment provider and bank and usually takes several business/banking days.

6. How to request a refund

Write to info@techagent.com indicating your account email, date and method of payment, as well as the reason for contacting. We will respond within a reasonable time.
